This introduction to coach training to help leaders and managers use coaching skills to improve the performance of teams, direct reports and for improved client relations.

• Leaders will know what coaching is (and isn’t) and know a coach model and framework
• Leaders will coach and be coached by a certified executive coach and by other team members
• Leaders will identify when coaching is appropriate for enhance effectiveness compared to when performance management is required
